What is a Coffee Parachute?

Coffee parachutes are single serve pouches of ground coffee held in folded paper stands that can be suspended over cups. You simply hang the bag over the edges of the cup and pour water over the coffee in the bag. The user experience is similar to pour over paper filter brewed coffee.

Each bag contains around 11 grams of coffee. The beans are roasted, ground and nitrogen flushed when packed in their ‘chutes to ensure that when you open a bag, the experience is just like you ground the coffee that minute, with all volatile oils and flavours intact.

Born in Tassie, roasted in Melbourne by specialist roaster Chris Natoli from Talk Coffee using a bespoke Compassionate Grounds bean blend, in the cup you’ll find an all-rounder with chocolate, orange, hazelnut and spice notes. Totally lit as a black brew, or a rockin’ pairing with all the milk/mylks, our parachutes make artisan coffee available wherever you have a heart, a cup + hot water.
